I have worked at Horts in the Lettings Department for almost 10 years after joining in early 2015. Prior to that I spent 20 years in the Hospitality industry, which certainly set me in good stead.

I believe that excellent customer service skills are key to providing our clients with a first-class, trouble-free lettings service, whether that is to our landlords or our tenants. I truly believe that the lettings team here at Horts offer the best level of service in the area from a committed and close-knit team who care.
