I joined Horts in 2024 on a temporary maternity cover and quickly discovered a real passion for the lettings industry, so much so that I decided to stay on permanently. Prior to this, I spent three years in retail, where I developed strong customer service skills that now help me deliver a professional and approachable service to our clients. Having lived in rented accommodation all my life, I understand firsthand the needs and concerns of tenants. This personal experience allows me to connect with them on a more genuine level and ensures I always strive to provide the best support possible throughout their rental journey.
