"Constantly Professional, Amazingly Efficient"
Today my husband and I exchanged contracts on 27 Lawson Crescent, a property which we bought through Horts. This statement, I am sure is one that you hear every day but in this instance those meagre words do not convey the NIGHTMARE that we lived through to get here.
I was prepared for a stressful time, it is well documented that moving home is only beaten in terms of stress by the death of a loved one. What I was not prepared for was my own Estate Agent being the source of 80% of that stress!
Thankfully, the choice of property for our new home was listed with Horts, a choice that I am so incredibly grateful for I do not think there are words that I can type that will convey the depth of it. Zoe, your sales progressor has been amazing. Constantly professional, amazingly efficient yet always friendly.
Although I have not yet arrived in Northampton, I can assure you that every member of my family (including those who currently reside in Northampton) and anyone who I have spoken to during these difficult weeks is already aware of Zoe and her excellent work. I will continue to be incredibly vocal when I finally reside in Northampton about Horts and the folly of using any other Estate Agent.
Were it not for Zoe, I am convinced that I would still be facing months of torment and stress and the possiblity of a straight jacket would be very high!
If there were a way to divert any of the fee from my estate agent to Horts I would be doing it. Horts, thanks to Zoe, offered a professional, efficient service that even on their best day Haarts could not get near.
If Zoe is an indication of the calibre of staff that you have at Horts then I am in no doubt that Horts will soon be a force to be reckoned with Nationwide.

"Commitment and Professionalism"
I wanted to write and tell you personally how wonderful Zoe your sales chaser is and how much hard work Zoe put in, not only to keep the sale together, but the commitment and professionalism shown by herself on many occasions.
Every time I have phoned Zoe she has been polite, kind, always happy and helpful. I don’t think there is any sale that she could not keep together.
I also dealt with Luke at your Weston Favell Branch and he found me this property within 3 days, alerted me as soon as he was called out to value the property and I viewed and purchased the property that evening.

"Excellent Level of Service"
I am writing to express my thanks for the excellent level of service we received during the sale of our property: 30 Eastlands Road.
Although initially worried that we had been assured our buyer had a cash sale only to find out he was selling privately, our after sales service was outstanding. In particular I would like to commend the work of Donna Paul in your Bilton office. As our chain-chaser, I credit her with single handedly ensuring that our move went ahead. Her no-nonsense, straight forward approach and sensitivity to the stress the situation created was both effective and appreciated. She coped admirably with the considerable challenges our move involved, and skilfully held everything together for us during some very precarious negotiations.
I would thoroughly recommended Horts and thank you again for enabling my family and myself to start our new life in Solihull.
